Copyright
Artistic self-expression takes many forms: music, architecture, painting, decorative works, choreography, photographs etc. Existing in writing, images, sound or video recordings as well as three-dimensional objects pertaining to literature, science or art, such works are protected by copyright, which applies automatically as soon as an idea is expressed in a material form.
Even when no official copyright registration is stipulated by the IP law, enforcing copyright and protecting authorship can be appreciably facilitated by means of depositing samples of copyright objects.
Xandra Law’s legal team is experienced in assisting clients with depositing, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in infringement lawsuits, drawing up transfer and franchise agreements, consulting on applicability of blockchain technologies and overall management of IP portfolio including works qualifying for copyright protection.
